Terminal Operations Training & Integrated Systems Readiness

Client:
Los Angeles World Airports (LAWA)
Partner:
DirectAV
Role:
Training Strategy • User Enablement • Operational Adoption Support

Overview

E.K. Associates supported DirectAV in preparing LAWA’s terminal operations teams and federal partners for the integrated systems deployed as part of the Terminal 6 modernization project. The initiative enabled domestic gates to function as international arrival points through sterile corridor activation and real-time mode changes—introducing new procedures, new technology interactions, and heightened operational coordination requirements.

Serving as training and operational readiness specialists, E.K. Associates delivered hands-on instruction, user enablement, and multi-agency alignment to ensure smooth system integration, safe operations, and regulatory compliance across Terminal 6.
