Overview

E.K. Associates supported Deloitte Consulting LLP and LA Metro in modernizing workforce and enterprise business systems through Oracle Cloud HCM implementation. The program replaced highly manual legacy processes across Human Resources, Payroll, Benefits, Time & Labor, and workforce planning functions—driving greater efficiency, transparency, and scalability.
