Overview

E.K. Associates supported Deloitte Consulting LLP in LAWA’s enterprise LIFT transformation—a multi-year initiative to modernize the LAWA’s financial landscape by replacing legacy financial platforms with Oracle Fusion Cloud. The program introduced new capabilities across Finance, Procurement, Accounts Payable/Receivable, and General Ledger, while enabling real-time integration across airport operations, banking, revenue systems, and contract management.
