Overview

E.K. Associates supported SDI in the design and implementation of the Airport Response Coordination Center (ARCC) at Los Angeles International Airport (LAX). Serving as system integration subject matter experts, our team led system analysis, interface architecture, integration specifications, and operational enablement for mission-critical command-center technologies.

E.K. Associates engineered interoperable integrations across Data911 (computer-aided dispatch), Picture Perfect (access control), FireWorks (life safety), and Everbridge (mass notification), orchestrated through the NICE Situator platform. This work enabled LAWA to establish a unified, data-driven command environment that strengthened situational awareness, accelerated incident response, and improved operational decision-making across safety and operations functions.
